Q: Re-ordering? How do I do that?
A: If you have ordered from Message!Products before and wish to reorder checks with no changes to your personal or account information, click on the Quick Reorder button at the top of your screen. To make changes to your personal or account information, simply complete the regular online ordering process. If you decide to mail your order, be sure to enclose your reorder form from your existing check supply.
Q: How do I find an organization's products?
A: To find a specific organization, type in the organization's name in the Search bar at the top of the screen. To browse the organizations sold on our site, click the button on the navigation area at the top of your screen that best represents the organization you are looking for. Example: Greenpeace is under "Environmental Organizations," Cure Autism Now is under "Social Organizations," PETA is under "Animal organizations," and so on. You will move to a new page that contains all the organizations that fall under that category. Simply scroll down until you find the organization you're looking for and click on the name. You will move to that organization's product page where you can begin to place your order.
Q: I've ordered from Message!Products before, but my organization is not listed.
A: To maintain quality and integrity with our organization’s current initiatives or logo changes, designs may change or be discontinued. If your organization is no longer listed on our website, please call 1-800-243-2565 for more information.
Q: Do I need to have cookies enabled?
A: Yes. Though it is possible to navigate our site without cookies enable, it will benecessary to enable them in order to place an order. Remember, enabling cookies is perfectly safe. Information held in cookies remains on your hard drive and is ONLY accessible through the Message!Products website.
Q: How long have you been printing checks?
A: Since 1985.
Q: How do I know the money is being raised for the organization I choose?
A: We have contracts with all the organizations for whom we print checks. Because we are printing their checks, we must have their permission to reproduce their organization’s copyrighted logos. In exchange for the right to reproduce the logo, the organization receives compensation. Licensing royalties are based on the sales price of each product, and vary with type of product and the details of each licensing agreement. The average royalty is 10%. Check with an individual organization to determine its exact royalty amount.
Q: Are your checks guaranteed?
A: Our checks are guaranteed to work at all U.S. financial institutions. We utilize standard security features, such as microprint.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: If you are not happy with your order, simply return it to us within 60 days for a replacement or refund. Checks or labels sent with incorrect information to Message!Products require a $10 and $5 replacement fee respectively, so please double check the accuracy of your order.
Q: How can my organization become part of the Message!Products program?
A: We are continually seeking new organizations to add to our Message!Products Affinity Program. The first step to beginning a program with Message!Products, is to download and complete our Affinity Program Questionnaire. The information you provide on the questionnaire will help us to better understand your organization and its mission. We review applications on a monthly basis. Once your application is received and reviewed, one of our representatives will be in contact with you.
